New W40 Fire rated door

Hot-rolled steel that has been used for more than a century for the construction of doors and windows.

The hot-rolling process gives the profiles a very special and unique texture, which amplifies the natural and raw character of steel. Windows and doors made from hot rolled steel has natural surface imperfection called beauty marks, presenting distinctive character of this material . Welds can be left silver shine natural or grounded flat , additionaly blackend with patinas called Raw Black

W40 fire doors are made from hot rolled steel because it is a very stable material in the event of fire.
We use fire rated glass from E30 to E120 minutes and special fire gasket. Doors are certified for British market
with uninque Assesment of the Fire Resistance Performance WF 514554.

W40 Fire has elegant design that meets highest architectural demands for refurbishment , loft conversion or new build.
